EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:  Due to the rise in COVID cases, the Fordoche Town Hall LOBBY will be closed to the public. If you need assistance you may reach us at 225-637-3112.  You may drop your payment in the side door of the office, pay online at or over the phone with a credit/debit card.  If you are paying with cash, pleasea have the exact amount as we will not be giving change.  If you need a receipt, please call ahead of time and we will be glad to give you one through the mail slot.  Thanks for your understanding.

Credit/Debit Card Payments!


For your convenience, you can now make payments on your utility bill or citation at the Fordoche Town Hall using your debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. There is a small convenience fee of $2.99 when paying with a card.

Water Bill Payments


Water bill payments are due on the 20th of the month. Mail delivery service is unpredictable and often runs late. Therefore, regardless of when you receive your monthly bill, payment is still due on the 20th of the month. Payments made after the 20th will generate a late fee.

911 Physical Address Numbers


All owners and occupants of homes or businesses within the Town of Fordoche are required to install their physical address numbers on their property for identification by emergency 911 departments.
